The purpose of this course is to guide students to become competent managers in a hospitality operation. The course outlines the skills both practical and theoretical required to manage an operation. The course provides the students the knowledge to understand and practice WH & S issues that are required in a professional operation, the basic understanding of work behaviour and manners needed to fit into kitchen operations, purchasing systems, financial management, sales and marketing, and budgeting staff management, Human recourse requirements. At the end of the course the Student would have fulfilled the necessary competencies required to gain the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality. The duration of the course is 2 years, and the student visa can last up to 2 years. Tuition fee is $2,000 every 3 months.

All students entering this course must have completed Year 12 or equivalent qualification. Students not meeting the above entry requirements and wish to discuss this matter further are free to contact one of our admissions staff. Candidates will be made aware of the specific skills that underpin the outcomes and performance requirements of the course units to ensure they are capable of demonstrating competence prior to entering the course.
Overseas candidates must demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or its equivalent prior to entering into this course
