The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) is perfect for students looking to advance their career in the Child Care industry. This course builds on students existing knowledge obtained from Certificate III in ECEC and develop it further by introducing pedagogical practices and implementation of an approved curriculum. Students will also gain the skills and confidence needed to become a team leader.
4Life College provides creative and engaging learning experiences incorporating a specially designed, educationally guided curriculum for children following the National Quality Framework requirements. 4Life College also offers support for the students and assists in finding a work placement employer needed to complete the required 435 hours (around 20 hours per week) of practicum placement included in the course.
Graduates of this course are equipped with the skills to maintain compliance in multiple areas of service operations, including how to plan and implement approved learning framework.
